If you do not love your Etchelle balm stick, tell us within 60 days of delivery and we will refund your full order amount. No questions asked.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order number and a short note about what did not work for you. We will reply with return instructions.

Please do not send anything back before contacting us. Items returned without prior arrangement cannot be processed.

Condition of returned items

The guarantee covers opened and part-used product. We would rather you actually tried it than returned it sealed.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. How quickly it appears on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer, and you will not need to return the item.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Request a refund and place a new order.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Contact us as quickly as possible with your order number.
