Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves us.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 5 to 10 business days after dispatch. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by customs, carrier delays and public holidays.

Tracking

Track your parcel any time on our Track Your Order page using the number in your dispatch email.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery postage may be charged.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, contact us with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local authority. These are not included in the price you pay us and are the responsibility of the recipient.
